DMR Construction is a family-owned and operated business. Founded in 1993 by our president, Richard Cohen, we have grown through establishing long-term relationships with commercial clients and through word-of-mouth among corporate building owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors. Our president is directly involved in project estimating, planning and scheduling, as well as in assuring client satisfaction.

We perform commercial new construction and commercial renovations in an open shop environment. We have long established relationships with a wide selection of expert, quality-oriented subcontractors.

We work in the $100,000 to $4 million project range. We are right-sized to provide superior quality and service in our project range.
